Nothing fancy. It is exactly what it says it is. Over the next year, I want to take a walk every day. For an entire year. Hopefully, along my journey I can discover better health, weight loss, and a sense of direction and purpose in my life. And so my journey begins. On my way to a better me.

Night walks are not my favorites, but I'm pretty happy because tonight is walk 14, and that means I made it to two weeks. Pretty happy about that. Why don't I like to take night walks? Well...
This is the halfway point of my walk. For some people, it's their final destination. I guess rather than feeling a bit trepidacious about passing by here, I should look at it with the attitude of "hey... I'm still alive and out here". That's a good thing!
